Personalization Guidelines
Sending Ad Copy
When your imprint includes just text (no logos) please type it exactly the way you'd like it to appear. Pay special attention to spelling, punctuation, phone numbers. Indicate if you want the text to be
centered, flush right/left, upper/lower case. We are not responsible for errors from handwritten copy or spelling errors on purchase orders. Imprints will be printed in black in Times Roman unless otherwise
indicated.
Sending Logos
Logos can be mailed or emailed. Mailed logos must be high-resolution, black, and camera-ready. Emailed logos must be created in Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark Xpress and saved as an EPS or TIFF file at
least 600 dpi or greater.
Paper Proofs
Include your fax number and we'll fax your paper proof before we go to press.
Special Imprinting
Double-sided and multiple-color imprints are available on many products. Call for pricing.
Sizing
Before submitting your art reduce it to fit the imprint area to get an idea how effective it will be. Complex, crowded imprints will not be as effective as ones that are short and concise.
Printing on Porous Material
When imprinting on stress balls and other porous products there may be slight breaks in the copy compared to printing on paper.
